- 3 lbs. ground beef
- 1/3 cup vinegar
- 1-1/2 cups water
- 2 cups ketchup
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup chopped onions
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1/2 tbsp. dry mustard
- 1/2 tbsp. salt
Directions:
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet.
- Combine remaining ingredients in a slow cooker. Add the ground beef to the sauce mixture.
- Set slow cooker to LOW and cook for 6 hours.
