- 2-1/2 cups chopped fresh broccoli
- 2-1/2 cups chopped fresh cauliflower
- 1/4 cup chopped red onion
- 2 tbsp. sugar
- 3 tbsp. vinegar
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 10 bacon slices, cooked and crumbled
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
- In a large bowl, combine broccoli, cauliflower, and onion.
- In a small bowl, combine sugar, vinegar, and mayonnaise. Pour over broccoli/cauliflower, toss to coat. Refrigerate.
- Just before serving, sprinkle with bacon, cheese, and sunflower seeds; toss.
