Chicken Chili
Ingredients:
- 1 (15 oz.) can kidney beans
- 1 (15 oz.) can black beans
- 1 (15 oz.) can great northern beans
- 1 (15 oz.) can chicken broth
- 1/2 cup chopped red onion
- 1/2 cup chopped green pepper
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1/2 cup frozen corn
- 4 cups diced chicken breast
- 3 tbsp. flour
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup honey
- 2 tbsp. jalapenos, diced
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. salt
Directions:
- Place rinsed beans along with broth, onions, green pepper, celery, corn, and chicken in slow cooker on low heat.
- Mix together flour, cream, and honey in a bowl. Add diced jalapenos, garlic powder, and salt. Add mixture to slow cooker.
- Cook for 7-8 hours on low heat.
