Chicken Chili

Ingredients:
  • 1 (15 oz.) can kidney beans
  • 1 (15 oz.) can black beans
  • 1 (15 oz.) can great northern beans
  • 1 (15 oz.) can chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup chopped red onion
  • 1/2 cup chopped green pepper
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 1/2 cup frozen corn
  • 4 cups diced chicken breast
  • 3 tbsp. flour
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 2 tbsp. jalapenos, diced
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. salt
Directions:
  1. Place rinsed beans along with broth, onions, green pepper, celery, corn, and chicken in slow cooker on low heat.
  2. Mix together flour, cream, and honey in a bowl. Add diced jalapenos, garlic powder, and salt. Add mixture to slow cooker.
  3. Cook for 7-8 hours on low heat.
