Ingredients:- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 pkg. taco seasoning
- 8 eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 tbsp. cut butter
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- Tomatoes, chopped
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Directions:
- Brown beef and add taco seasoning.
- Mix eggs, milk, and butter and put in bottom of pan. Cook until set.
- Put taco meat on top of cooked eggs and top with green peppers, tomatoes, and cheese.
- Serve with salsa and/or sour cream.
