- 4 cups pecan halves
- 1 cup sugar
- 1-1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 egg whites
- 2 tsp. water
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Directions:
- Put sugar, cinnamon, and salt in large Ziploc bag and shake.
- Add egg whites, water, and vanilla to a large bowl and whisk until frothy. Add pecans to bowl to coat.
- Dump pecans into bag with cinnamon-sugar mixture and shake well. Spread on baking sheet coated with cooking spray or parchment paper. Bake at 250℉ for 1 hour, stirring pecans every 15-20 minutes.
