- 1 bag family style frozen broccoli, carrots and cauliflower combo
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 8 oz. shredded Swiss cheese
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 large container of Durkee French fried onions
- Mix vegetables, soup, 1/2 cup cheese, sour cream, pepper, and 1/2 the can of the fried onions. Pour into a 1 quart casserole dish. Bake covered at 350℉ for 30 minutes. Top with remaining cheese and onion. Bake uncovered for 5 minutes.
