Corn Slaw

Ingredients:

  • 2 or 3 (16 oz.) cans whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 bunch green onions, sliced
  • 1 green pepper, chopped
  • 1-2 carrots, grated
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup vinegar
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
  1. Combine corn, onions, peppers, and carrots. 
  2. Combine sour cream, mayo, vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper. Pour mixture over vegetables.
