- 2 or 3 (16 oz.) cans whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 bunch green onions, sliced
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1-2 carrots, grated
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 1/4 cup sugar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
- Combine corn, onions, peppers, and carrots.
- Combine sour cream, mayo, vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper. Pour mixture over vegetables.
