- 1 (12 oz.) can of beer
- 3 cups self-rising flour*
- 3 tbsp. sugar
- 3 tbsp. melted butter
Directions:
- Mix beer, flour, and sugar. Put into a greased loaf pan. Pour melted butter over top of dough and bake in a 350°F oven for 55-60 minutes.
*NOTE: Regular flour may be used, but then add 2 tsp. baking powder, 1/2 tsp. baking soda, and 1/2 tsp. salt.
