- Flour tortilla shells
- assorted deli meats
- Mayo or Miracle Whip
- Chopped onions
- Chopped peppers
- Chopped tomatoes
- Chopped lettuce
- Shredded cheese
Directions:
- Lay tortilla shells on a flat surface. Spread with a thin layer of mayo. Place deli meats over the mayo. Spread another layer of mayo over the meats. Top with remaining ingredients. Roll up tightly. Wrap in plastic.
- Refrigerate several hours. Unwrap. Cut into 1/2 inch to 3/4 inch slices. Secure with toothpick.
