Taco Roll-Ups

Ingredients:


  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 envelope taco seasoning mix
  • 1/4 cup chopped black olives
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 15 flour tortillas
Directions:
  1. Blend cream cheese, sour cream, and taco seasoning in bowl. Add olives and cheddar cheese, mix well. Spread about 1 tablespoon mixture on each flour tortilla; roll as for a jelly roll.
  2. Chill until serving time. Cut into bite-sized pieces and arrange on serving plate.
