- 2 (14.5) oz cans chickpeas, rinsed and drained
- 1/4 cup tahini
- 3 tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1-1/2 tsp. salt--more or less depending on taste
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- In a food processor or blender, add all the ingredients and puree until smooth and creamy.
- Serve with veggies, pita bread, or chips.
