Hummus

Ingredients:

  • 2 (14.5) oz cans chickpeas, rinsed and drained
  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 3 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1-1/2 tsp. salt--more or less depending on taste
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
Directions:
  1. In a food processor or blender, add all the ingredients and puree until smooth and creamy.
  2. Serve with veggies, pita bread, or chips.
