- 4 Roma tomatoes, seeded
- 1/2 green bell pepper
- 1/2 large onion
- 1/2 jalapeno pepper
- 2-3 cloves garlic
- Fresh cilantro to taste
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- Salt and garlic salt to taste
Directions:
- Quarter the tomatoes and cut the green pepper and onions into smaller chunks.
- Add all the ingredients to food processor and process to desired cut.
*NOTES: Bill cuts the jalapeno and garlic to a very small dice before adding to food processor. He also uses a a hand processor (Salsa Maker) purchased from the Wisconsin State Fair.
