Salad
- 2 cups cucumbers
- 2 cups cauliflower
- 2 cups celery
- 2 cups green peppers
- 1 cup red sweet peppers
- 1 cup tomatoes
- 1/4 to 1/2 cup onions
Dressing
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1 cup vinegar
- 1-1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tbsp. dill
Directions:
- Slice vegetables thinly and place in large bowl.
- In a small bowl, mix together the dressing. Pour over vegetables and mix well.
