Summer Salad

Ingredients:

Salad

  • 2 cups cucumbers
  • 2 cups cauliflower
  • 2 cups celery
  • 2 cups green peppers
  • 1 cup red sweet peppers
  • 1 cup tomatoes
  • 1/4 to 1/2 cup onions
Dressing
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1 cup vinegar
  • 1-1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tbsp. dill
Directions:
  1. Slice vegetables thinly and place in large bowl.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the dressing. Pour over vegetables and mix well.
