- 2-1/2 lbs. small red potatoes, quartered
- 1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
- 1 (0.4 oz.) pkg. buttermilk ranch dry salad dressing mix
- 1 (10-3/4 oz). can cream of mushroom soup
- Place quartered potatoes in slow cooker.
- In a small bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Spoon mixture over potatoes and stir.
- Cover and cook on low heat for 7-8 hours. Stir gently before serving.
