- White cake mix
- 1/2 cup Creme de Menthe, divided
- Chocolate syrup
- 8 oz. Cool Whip
Directions:
- Prepare cake mix according to directions EXCEPT substitute 1/4 cup Creme de Menthe for water. Bake.
- When cool, poke holes and wfill with chocolate syrup and remaining Creme de Menthe to taste.
- Frost cake with Cool Whip.
