- 1 can creamed corn
- 1 can kernel corn, drained (or 1 cup frozen corn)
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 (8 oz.) package Jiffy corn muffin mix
- 1/2 tsp. salt and pepper
Directions:
- Mix all ingredients and place in a greased casserole.
- Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes.
